POLICY, SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days

If you need to exchange the order for another size, please send us an email at contact@mycomfywear.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

 

 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

COST OF RETURNS

The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item/s are NOT covered or reimbursed by My Comfy Wear.

DUTIES & TAXES

As the buyer, you are responsible for any local duties or taxes, if applicable.

Customers are liable for any import duties levied by the country orders are shipping to; if taxes are applies, payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
